Lifetime Guarantee on All Trees and Shrubs

We are committed to your gardening success and strive to be your preferred nursery. In living our commitment to Gardening without Guesswork we guarantee all outdoor trees and shrubs for life.

Excludes - Annuals, Perennials, Sod, Houseplants, Tropicals, Holiday plants and plants not properly watered.

• All returned trees and shrubs must be accompanied by original receipt.
• A cash or credit card refund will only be issued for saleable product in the same manner it was purchased.
• Dead or non-saleable trees and shrubs will be replaced with the same product purchased or a merchandise credit will be issued for the original amount paid.
• Only one plant replacement is allowed. If the replacement plant dies it is not eligible for the lifetime guarantee.
• There are no refunds or merchandise credits for trees and shrubs that were not properly watered.
• Lifetime Guarantee is non-transferrable with change of home ownership.

Return Policy

• All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by original receipt and completed within 90 days of purchase.
• A refund will only be issued for saleable product in the same manner it was purchased. Cash purchases over $100 will be refunded by check request.
• Dead or non-saleable plant material cannot be exchanged or refunded. Unless covered by the Lifetime Guarantee on trees and shrubs.
• An exchange, store credit, or merchandise return will be issued only for the amount paid at the time of original purchase. Cash refunds over $100 will be issued by check request.
• Check purchases will be refunded in cash after 14 days from the date the check was written, not to exceed $100.00. All purchases by check or cash greater than $100.00 will be issued a check from our corporate office within 10 business days.
• If you received a Pike product as a gift and no receipt is available, an exchange may be accepted with management approval. However, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange without a receipt.

Military Discount

FTG is proud to support the men and women who have served our country. Every Monday and Thursday FTG Nurseries extends a 10% military discount to men and women who are currently serving in, or retired from, a qualifying branch of the Armed Services, and have a valid military ID Card. This discount is valid on all regular priced items. Exclusions include sod, artificial grass, special orders, gift cards and services. Cannot be combined with other offers.
